Soboba Golf Classic

In 2009, the Soboba Golf Classic gave back more than $77,000 to local charities, setting a new Natioonwide Tour record for charity dollars raised for a first-year event. With a goal to have nearly 100 non-profit organizations involved with the ticket sales and 100 percent of the proceeds going back to the groups, the TFC is a winning story for the Soboba Golf Classic. Funds for all weekly grounds tickets are distributed to the participating organizations the month after the purchase. That means money will be sent out to the groups for each month leading up to the tournament. The tournament's 2010 goal is to give more than $100,000 to local charities.
