Beacon House
The Beacon House alcohol and drug treatment facility is licensed by the State of California (#270001NA) and certified by the California State Department of Alcohol and Drugs Programs to provide treatment to individuals with chemical addiction or abuse issues. Located in Pacific Grove, California, the Program is housed in a 1902 Victorian home. Beacon House is a private, non-profit (501C3) organization, managed by a Board of Directors. The Commission for Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) has honored our Detoxification, Residential and Outpatient Treatment programs with their highest accreditation.

Bexar County Master Gardeners
Master Gardeners provide the community with educational programs and information about gardening, landscaping, pest management, water conservation, and other horticulture related topics. We support over 200 school gardens by training teachers and providing some plants and materials. We maintain a plant hotline and provide speakers to schools and organizations.

BBBS is the oldest (founded 1905) one-to-one mentoring organization in the nation. A total of 255,000 children are served nationally in the program. In Upstate South Carolina we serve around 650 children each year. We serve 6 counties in South Carolina and our mission is helping children in need reach their potential through professionally supported one-to-one mentoring relationships with measurable impact.

Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Southeast Louisiana
We are a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization. We exist to facilitate one to one mentoring relationships between volunteers, who serve as friends and role models, and vulnerable children. We serve 17 parishes throughout southeast Louisiana and are based in New Orleans, with a branch office in Baton Rouge. We have two core programs: community based which includes the Mentoring Children of Prisoners program and the Foster Care Girls Kindship Program; and school-based, where we worked with area schools to provide mentors for a period of one calendar year to at risk kids. We are a donor driven volunteer organization.

Big Sur Marathon JUST RUN youth program
The JUST RUN youth program (www.justrun.org) provides free fitness,nutrition, and character building activities to youth ages 5 to 18. It is website based and can be done by any school or youth group in any location. This past school year more than 6,000 children participated.
