Beaches Museum & History Park


Bexar County Master Gardeners
Master Gardeners provide the community with educational programs and information about gardening, landscaping, pest management, water conservation, and other horticulture related topics. We support over 200 school gardens by training teachers and providing some plants and materials. We maintain a plant hotline and provide speakers to schools and organizations.


Big Brothers Big Sisters of Santa Cruz County
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Santa Cruz County has been the preeminent youth mentoring organization for over 27 years-- changing the way children grow up in Santa Cruz County. Its service is based in the dedication of its volunteers. It has proven success in creating and nurturing positive relationships that benefit everyone-- including the volunteer, the child, the families and the community.

Is now self-sufficient with a matriculation of over 500 students, The Player Foundation continues to provide a feeding scheme, medical and dental care, transport services, adult education and training, as well as a number of recreational facilities. The school has partnered with The World of Golf in Johannesburg to encourage and allow students to learn the game of golf. Students are able to take lessons, play on a regular basis and take annual trips to The World of Golf headquarters.


Blake's Birdies for Books
In an effort to give back to those who have helped and supported his career, Blake created a Birdies for Books Campaign in 2012 to help educate the children of Putnam and Emanuel County.

Bluffton Historical Preservation Society Inc.
To protect, preserve and promote the history and cultural heritage of St. Luke's Parish (est. 1767). We own two historic homes in Old Town, the Heyward House (circa 1840 house museum and the town's official welcome center) and the Colcock-Teel House used as society headquarters (built in 1890).


Boy Scouts of America, Mid-America Council

The Mid-America Council has a strong tradition as one of the nation's premier scout councils. Since 1910, the Boy Scouts of America has instilled timeless values of character, citizenship and leadership in each young man who has entered the scouting program. The Mid-America Council continues this tradition through educational based skills and activities. Currently, there are over 33,700 scouts and nearly 10,000 volunteer leaders. The first recorded scouting movement in the area was in 1918 known as the Omaha Council. A merger of the Covered Wagon Council and the Southwest Iowa Council in 1965 created the Mid-America Council and in 2000, our council merged with the Prairie Gold Council in the Sioux City, Iowa area. The Mid-America Council currently covers 58 counties in Nebraska, Iowa and South Dakota.

To fill the opportunity gap and provide kids who come to BGCEV with a chance to build their talents, learn the value of contributing to others, and realize their dreams.


Bright School Inc.
Bright is an early intervention program for Deaf, hard of hearing and language disordered children from birth through five years. We provide language and speech lessons on a one to one basis and in small groups. We have a center based program embedded within a local childcare and also provide itinerant services. Our teachers are certified with masters degrees as is our speech pathologist.


Brighton Center Inc.
Brighton Center, a non-profit organization, passionately promotes inclusive communities through education and an array of services. We are committed to supporting and empowering individuals to realize their dreams. Brighton's programs include Eary Childhood Intervention (ECI), Bright Beginning Child Care Center and two parent education programs, the Parent Alliance for Learning and Support (PALS) and Precious Minds, New Connections.


Brookhaven Evening Lions Club
We are trying to raise money to provide a scholarship for a student in the Brookhaven Technical Center.


Broome Community College Foundation Inc.
The Broome Community College Foundation raises and administer funds to ensure educational opportunity, honor and encourage high-achieving students, help faculty and staff enhance learning, and encourage and support innovation and achievement at Broome Community College.


Buck Renner Scholarship Fund
The John “Buck’ Renner Scholarship Fund, in honor of Jim Renner’s father, is intended to help a student golfer from either King Phillip High School in Wrentham Ma., or Bishop Feehan High School in Attleboro Ma. further their education.


California State University, Monterey Bay (CSUMB)
Located on 1,500 acres of the former Fort Ord Army base, California State University Monterey Bay (CSUMB) offers a wide range of undergraduate and graduate degrees and has a current enrollment of 4,600 students. CSUMB is dedicated to serving the diverse people of California, especially the historically undereducated, working class, low-income, and first generation college students and offers a quality education that celebrates our diverse communities, embraces our technological generation, and values community service.
